Overhead door had a variety of door style s. We selected a mid-century door which looks great. I wanted the door at maximum height for my truck. They were great at addressing and solving that.

We has a garage door problem of course on a Friday afternoon!! Not their fault forsure. They sent out this GREAT Technician!! I think his name was Ryan, not sure. But he was the Greatest!! He knew what he was doing from to start. He checked everything, the garage code box, our car door opener. And he was normal !! I mean down to earth, knew how to carry on a conversation with us.
Great company and so easy to work with. Our garage door spring broke Memorial day and Tuesday afternoon they had the spring replaced plus did an adjustment to our barn garage door. The gentleman was on time, and did great work. We have also bought doors for our barn from this company and installation was great and done in a timely manner! Highly recommend this company!

We have a homebuyer warranty with Fidelity National. One of our springs broke and our garage door wouldn't open. They assigned our claim to Colorado Overhead Door Company. I don't remember the guy's name, who fixed our garage door, but he was quick, thorough, and a nice guy! He definitely knew his stuff! We'll be calling them for future repairs!

We bought our garage door through Home Depot but Colorado Overhead installed. I unfortunately do not remember our installers name but he did a good job and was great at going over everything with us. I really appreciated him checking with us on what we wanted whenever there was a choice and he even went over his recommended maintenance with us. He showed up when he said he would and cleaned up after he was finished. Very pleased.
I am going out of my way to give a positive review for these guys. Previous big-box farm-out customer who decided to go through them directly for an opener installation, but was skeptical about what my experience would be like. I'm glad I called them directly, as my experience was amazing. My installer, Steve, had to come back out on the weekend because he needed to install a different unit. This was because the door didn't have enough clearance for a standard rail. He provided great advice, answered all my questions, and was professional, courteous, thorough, fast, and patient (he had to wait for me to show up). Their guys are paid hourly, which makes a huge difference in professionalism and quality. Definitely will use them again in the future!
Was so happy with this service . I got an appointment the day after I called . Not only did he fix my door , he gave it a tube up too and fixed the door opener as well . The price for all that when he told me was so much less than what I thought it would be that at first I thought he had made a mistake .

"I've forgotten the name of the rep that came out but he was great. He diagnosed the problem but only had the parts for one of my two doors. He let me watch his repair and explained what he was doing. After he completed the repair he sprayed lubricant on the springs and joints on both of the garage doors which made them operate quietly and smoothly. Since I had learned what he did, I was able to buy the part at the hardware store and I repaired the other door myself. "

I was in quite the jam - both cars in the garage and no way to open the 600 pound door after a spring snapped. To make matters worse - the spring was a special order. I can't say enough about the support of the team at COD. First they helped with a temporary fix that allowed me to get a car out then they expertly repaired the door with an expedited delivery of the part.

I’ve had nothing but great experience with this company. I have 3 garages at my home and they repaired them at a reasonable price and were very professional. My garage doors are over 700 pounds each and this company had no issue working on them.
After contacting 5 different garage door installation companies, Colorado Overhead Doors was the only company that provided a solution and a fair price instead of trying to up sell on extended service contracts. All the other companies only knew how to replace my door, Colorado Overhead helped raise the door higher for better clearance & removed rotting wood from the frame around the door. I am thankful everyday that I open my garage door that it is safe, much more functional and a really beautiful accent to my home.

My half century old electric garage door opener needed replacement and the appointment was scheduled promptly. The installer arrived in time and quickly and efficiently replaced it with a quiet, powerful and even more helpful (it has a camera in case of intruders!) version. Everything went perfectly!

I have used Colorado Overhead Door Company on several occasions over the years. That in itself should say something about how I view their work. The last time was a few months ago when our door needed new springs. The installer was professional, and friendly. The work was done quickly with no problems. One thing I would mention, if you are getting new springs ask about the different grade levels. The mid-level springs gives you greater performance. And, they last longer. These springs are just a little more money, but still a better bargain. You should ask about this when you call. Don't wait till the day of installation because the installer most likely will not have them in his truck.
Did a great job on our brewery. We have had the doors for 5 years with no issues. Save for a broken window from a pellet gun, which they were able to come out and replace very promptly. Recommend!

I used Overhead Door Company years ago to fix my garage door that wasn’t working right. Then several years ago my garage door bit the dust and I called them to come out. They had to order a new garage door, I opted for a better one than I had previously. Once they got the door in, they installed it and then came back to make sure everything was working correctly. I totally recommend them if you need anything for your garage door. They stand by their work and they are very pleasant to work with.

Ordered install through The Home Depot, and Colorado Overhead Door Company was the contracted installers. Marty was very helpful in scheduling the installation, and making sure I had all the correct materials prior to installation (the openers were being shipped directly to my home) - and notifying me of some materials I had purchased, but did not need. Our installer, Robert, was awesome. He was extremely professional, courteous, hard-working and personable. He explained the process up front, and showed the much higher quality materials that were going to be used (compared to the existing installation), and really improved the look of what had been done previously. We were really impressed with his work ethic, and the dedication he showed to the job. Would highly recommend the company again.

The service tech explained why my door had been behaving the way it had been and he got it working smoothly again. He then told me what kind of lubricant to get and where to apply it to keep it working that way.

I have a home warranty that covers a broken spring/coil but I feared my wallet, in its already weakened state, was in for another beating. The arched track and unit being separated from the wall had me worried but also - I have had some very dicey experiences service tech/company the home warranty selects to service their claims. Drunken plumbers, MIA contractor who just walked out the front door mid job, leaving his tools behind, never to be seen again, or my personal favorite, the time I had to call the police..... Not this time! Brian is a hero. He's kind, informative, provided hope and helpful insight. He was on time, polite, and my dog loved him! He got the issue fixed quickly and although he said it was luck, I know it was skill. The final cost was so very reasonable, I thought I might cry with relief. Thank you, Brian. My "review" was so bogus. Never gave one but I will now. Had opener installed, wrong unit. They returned and adapted unit to what we ordered. It does not work and they are now referring me to Lift master saying it was installed properly. Nothing like abandoning a customer.
These people installed my garage door. Did not charge me for extra stuff they could have. Guaranteed it for a year. Well, after 1 week it broke. They came right back and fixed it. Turns out it wasn't their fault, the old garage frame cracked. They reinforced the frame and replaced the parts that got broken. I tried to pay for a service call but they wouldn't let me.

I had a very scary experience with my double garage door this past Monday. The bracket securing the large spring had come completely out of the wall, and the spring was only being held in place by the rail of the garage door opener. It could have exploded at any time. I called Overhead Door that morning, and they sent out a technician that same afternoon who was on-time, pleasant, and knew exactly what he was doing. He had my spring back in place completely secured in no time. He even checked the spring on my third stall garage door opener to make sure it was properly secured. Both our techs were amazing! They texting before coming and were prompt on their ETA. James was so willing to answer all my questions and was patient going through decorative options and operative functions of the openers. The clean up was next level. We moved into our home when it was new, about 25 years ago. Over the years we have called on Colorado Overhead Door Company to fix any problems we've had with our garage door. We have always been satisfied with the results. Last week the garage door wouldn't open all the way. Ryan came out yesterday and fixed it. Fixed it fast! He was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. We are quite pleased with the results.

Went through my Home warranty company when my garage door spring broke. Took a few days to get them out to our house but they did a great job. Even upgraded to larger springs ;) I was told the springs would outlast the door. Great job. Very satisfied

Ryan came to fix and replace springs which had broken in my very old garage door. He was great. He has been doing this work a long time, is very knowledgeable and did a great job. At some point I will invest in a new garage door and will plan to do that with Colorado Overhead Door. Everyone I have dealt with there has been honest, communicative and very helpful.
This company worked on my garage door sweep and maintenance in 2018. The service they completed recently was on time and on budget. The service agent also let me know that the opener was new in 1996 so that if quits working I would know to just buy a new one. Makes me feel secure and confident.
