I really enjoyed working with these guys from start to finish. They were super responsive, professional, and... efficient. Every single person that I interacted with was stellar. Excellent experience, just a minor issue. The weather stripping/paint on the trim of the garage was left torn/stripped.... Otherwise, the door is wonderful and quiet. It looks great and the new opener has a lot of cool capabilities.read more

Great company and so easy to work with. Our garage door spring broke Memorial day and Tuesday afternoon they had the... spring replaced plus did an adjustment to our barn garage door. The gentleman was on time, and did great work. We have also bought doors for our barn from this company and installation was great and done in a timely manner! I am going out of my way to give a positive review for these guys. Previous big-box farm-out customer who decided to... go through them directly for an opener installation, but was skeptical about what my experience would be like. I'm glad I called them directly, as my experience was amazing. My installer, Steve, had to come back out on the weekend because he needed to install a different unit. This was because the door didn't have enough clearance for a standard rail. He provided great advice, answered all my questions, and was professional, courteous, thorough, fast, and patient (he had to wait for me to show up). Their guys are paid hourly, which makes a huge difference in professionalism and quality. Definitely will use them again in the future!read more

Ordered install through The Home Depot, and Colorado Overhead Door Company was the contracted installers.Marty was... very helpful in scheduling the installation, and making sure I had all the correct materials prior to installation (the openers were being shipped directly to my home) - and notifying me of some materials I had purchased, but did not need.Our installer, Robert, was awesome. He was extremely professional, courteous, hard-working and personable. He explained the process up front, and showed the much higher quality materials that were going to be used (compared to the existing installation), and really improved the look of what had been done previously. We were really impressed with his work ethic, and the dedication he showed to the job.Would highly recommend the company again.read more
